Do you take insurance?
At this time, we only accept Aetna insurance. If you are using a different provider, we are considered out-of-network and can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about coverage or payment options.
What are your fees?
Our fee for a 50-minute individual therapy session is $250.
Payment is due at the time of each session. We accept Venmo and Zelle for convenience.
If you have any questions about fees or want to talk through payment options, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
How long are sessions?
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. This allows time to focus on your goals while also having space to wrap up thoughtfully at the end of each session.
What if I've never done therapy?
That’s completely okay! Many people start therapy for the first time here.
We’ll go at your pace, and there’s no pressure to “do it right.” The first few sessions are really about getting to know you, what’s bringing you in, and what you’d like to work toward. You’re welcome to ask questions at any point along the way.
The goal is to make the process feel as comfortable and supportive as possible.
What to expect for the phone consultation?
The phone consultation is a brief conversation designed to help us get a sense of what you’re looking for and answer any initial questions you may have.
We’ll talk a little about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for in therapy, and how the process works. I’ll also share my approach so you can get a feel for whether it seems like a good fit.
It typically lasts about 5–15 minutes, and there’s no pressure, just a chance to connect and see if moving forward feels right for you.
