I provide a holistic, person-centered, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, disordered eating and body image, and other patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Through a warm and nurturing environment, I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, build healthy coping skills, and create lasting, meaningful change. Using evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs, my goal is to help clients process emotions, reduce stress, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
