The SimplePractice Client Portal provides clients with a secure, convenient way to manage their care online. Through the portal, clients can complete intake paperwork, sign consent forms, view invoices and statements all in one place.
Headway
At Holding Space, we use Headway to help manage insurance billing and claims for clients using in-network benefits. Through Headway, clients can securely verify insurance coverage, receive information about copays and session costs, and manage billing related to their services.
Payment Info
Payment is due at the time of each session unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Contact for Scheduling Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please reach out as soon as possible.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any scheduling changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to the full session fee.
If you need to request a scheduling change, please contact Olivia, practice coordinator, by phone or email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible, based on availability.
